Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the legal relationship between Estell InfraEdge (the “Company/ We/ Estell InfraEdge / Estell/ Us”) and its customers, clients, or any third party (“Customer”) engaging in real estate services and construction projects. By engaging with Estell’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


  1. The “Company/ We/ Estell InfraEdge / Estell/ Us” refers to Estell InfraEdge , a real estate and construction company, its affiliates, and its agents.
  2. “Customer” refers to the party contracting with Estell for real estate and construction services.


These Terms shall continue to form a valid and binding contract between the Parties and shall continue to be in full force and effect till the User continues to access the Site and avails the Services provided by the Company.


  1. Estell provides a range of real estate and construction services, including but not limited to property development, property management, real estate sales, construction, renovation, and related services. The scope and details of these services will be defined in a separate contract or agreement.
  2. Estell reserves the right to modify or expand its services, subject to agreement with the Customer, through written contract amendments.

Payment and Pricing

  1. Payment for Estell’s services shall be as specified in the written contract or agreement between Estell and the Customer. Pricing, invoicing details, payment schedules, and methods of payment will be outlined in the contract.
  2. Any late payments may be subject to late fees, as outlined in the contract.

Termination of Services

  1. Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the termination provisions specified in the contract.
  2. Estell reserves the right to terminate the contract if the Customer is found to be in violation of these Terms or any contractual obligations.
  3. Buying a property shown by Estell InfraEdge without any intimation to any of the company members or executives (or) buying the property without informing the owner of the property about our service will be responsible for paying the commission to the company that was to be paid by the owner of the property.

Changes to Services

Estell reserves the right to make changes to the services, project timelines, and deliverables as deemed necessary. In such cases, Estell will provide reasonable notice and seek agreement with the Customer regarding these changes.

Quality and Performance

  1. Estell is committed to delivering services in a professional, high-quality, and timely manner.
  2. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information, permissions, and access required for the services, as specified in the contract.

Liability and Indemnification

  1. Estell shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the construction or real estate transactions, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  2. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Estell harmless against any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Customer’s actions or omissions, including but not limited to disputes with third parties or government authorities.


The Customer is encouraged to obtain suitable insurance coverage for their property during construction and beyond, as deemed necessary.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, plans, blueprints, and other proprietary information, created by Estell during the provision of services shall remain the exclusive property of Estell unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the service contract, the parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or alternative dispute resolution methods before pursuing litigation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any associated contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].


  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
  2. These Terms may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
  3. Any waiver of these Terms shall not be deemed a continuing waiver unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
  4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
